Issued by a retailing merchant, a MAVPAY PLDC gives customers a payment choice.   • Cardholder goes online to a secured enrollment website
  • Customer enters address, driver’s license and bank account information
  • The customer self-selects a 4-digit PIN
  • While on line, we do a review to ensure that the enrollment data is valid
  • Within a few seconds customer receives approval (or decline) message
  • If approved, the card is immediately available for purchase use
