Maverick Network Solutions has partnered with ePark Systems, a leading innovator in the emerging industry of In-Vehicle Payments (IVP), to provide a unique prepaid parking payment system that can reduce costs and increase revenues for municipalities and eliminate the need for consumers to feed coins into a meter, making paying for parking as simple, safe, and convenient as pushing a button. Maverick’s proprietary technology platform, which is fully customizable to support a wide variety of applications across industries, drives ParkNet+™, ePark’s state-of-the-art account, transaction, payment, and information management system. Data is fed to the ParkNet+ system through an iPark device, an electronic in-vehicle parking pass, about the size of an E-ZPass® transponder, that allows consumers to pay for parking by pressing a button.
